Kim is from Warwick Rhode Island, and she has practiced Real Estate (sales & rentals) for the same company for 20 years.  She came to Bermuda for a holiday and met her Bermudaful husband Andrew “Chester” Sheen.  She has has now been practicing here since 2009 and very happy to own her small, client-tailored business since 2013.  She truly gives personal & knowledgeable service.

She is extremely passionate about real estate and her clients. Nothing gives her more joy than being able to make and save money for her clients. Always providing proper representation and truly listening to their wants and needs. Earning their trust and confidence is of the utmost importance to her.

CRS, “Certified Residential Specialist” CBR, “Certified Buyers Representative” and her newest designation "ABR" Accredited Buyers Agent.  She always believed that education is the key to providing the best possible professional service for her clients.  Educating her clients is extremely important in this ever changing market, as she continually adds value to her services.

Her affiliations include a Proud member of (NAR) the National Association of Realtors (1988), International Association of Realtors (2009) and Bermuda Chamber of Commerce (2009).   She serves on the following Committees: Executive Real Estate division of the Chamber of Commerce, Ethics, Banking & Real Estate handbook.  Previous Committees: Membership & Rentals.  Volunteered: Chamber Golf every year, PGA & Americas Cup.
