Our experience with Kim was awesome.  As we went through the process, she gave us good advice about what we needed to do to help our home rent quickly in the current rental market.  Kim is very personable and her responsiveness is top-notch.  Needless to say, our home was rented within a month of being advertised – what more can we ask for?!
